Penerapan Metode Forward Chaining Dalam Sistem Berbasis Web Untuk Identifikasi Gejala Kecemasan Remaja
Abstract
Gangguan kecemasan pada remaja kerap mengganggu konsentrasi belajar, relasi sosial, dan kesejahteraan, sementara akses layanan psikologis formal masih terbatas. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan dan mengevaluasi sistem pakar berbasis web untuk deteksi awal kecemasan remaja menggunakan metode Forward Chaining. Basis pengetahuan disusun dari literatur akademik menjadi himpunan gejala (G01–G20) dan variabel konteks yang dipetakan ke tiga kategori keluaran (Rendah, Sedang, Tinggi) melalui aturan IF–THEN (R1–R25). Pengembangan mengikuti model terstruktur (analisis–perancangan–implementasi–verifikasi–pemeliharaan), dengan realisasi menggunakan PHP 8 dan MySQL. Antarmuka menyediakan pencarian, pemilihan gejala multi-item, serta ringkasan hasil dan saran tindak lanjut. Evaluasi dilakukan secara black-box pada 30 kasus uji berlabel (10 Rendah, 10 Sedang, 10 Tinggi). Metrik yang dihitung meliputi akurasi, presisi, recall, F1, dan Cohen’s κ. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh kasus terklasifikasi dengan benar (akurasi 100%), presisi/recall/F1 tiap kelas = 1,00 dan κ = 1,00. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penelusuran berbasis fakta pada Forward Chaining mampu menangkap pola kombinasi gejala secara konsisten. Sistem yang diusulkan layak dipertimbangkan sebagai media skrining mandiri dan triase awal yang mudah diakses di lingkungan pendidikan, dengan catatan perluasan data uji dan pemutakhiran aturan berkala untuk memperkuat generalisasi.
